This Gold Foundation database collects practical tools, best practices, curriculum, videos, journal articles, and more, all focused on putting humanism into practice. Projects funded by Gold Foundation Programs are represented here alongside the work of Gold Foundation awardees.

Developed in partnership with Oakland University’s William Beaumont School of Medicine, the competency-based course can be easily used by medical and nursing schools or individual students around the globe, at any time, on the NextGenU.org platform. Faculty may also use the curriculum as the foundation for their own class focused on humanism in healthcare.

This Arts on Prescription Field Guide, assembled by collaborators from the University of Florida Center for Arts in Medicine, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Mass Cultural Council, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and Harvard University, offers an in-depth resource for communities that wish to formally integrate arts and culture into health and social care systems.
